Little Sprouts
WHERE KEIKI BLOOM
NORTH SHORE, OAHU
Little Sprouts is a small, homegrown preschool for children ages 3–5 nestled on the North Shore of O’ahu. We offer a warm, play-based program that honors each child’s natural pace, creative spirit, and emotional development.
Rooted in respect and guided by Montessori-inspired values, our days are filled with hands-on learning, art, story, movement, and meaningful connection. With two nurturing teachers and a small group of keiki, every child is truly seen, supported, and celebrated.
We believe that early childhood should be magical, unhurried, and full of joy — and we’re honored to share that journey with your ʻohana.
Who We Are
Loved by keiki, trusted by parents.
Our experience at Little Sprouts Preschool has been nothing short of magical. From the very beginning, our daughter absolutely loved going to school each day — it quickly became one of her favorite places to be. The environment at Little Sprouts is warm, enriching, and thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and joy in every child who walks through the door.
We feel especially grateful for her teacher, Emily, whose warmth, patience, and genuine care have made such a lasting impact on our family. Emily has an incredible gift for connecting with children and making them feel seen, heard, and deeply valued. She created a classroom that felt like a second home — a space where our daughter thrived both emotionally and academically.
The support we’ve received from Emily has been continuous and heartfelt, extending well beyond the classroom. Even now, we still feel her encouragement and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better beginning to our daughter’s educational journey, and we will always hold a special place in our hearts for Little Sprouts and the amazing teacher, Emily.

Get on the waitlist now! Every morning the kids come into school and are greeted by the warmest, most nurturing and joyful, Teacher Emily. Their first task of the day is to knead dough for their own bread — a homemade treat they later enjoy
at lunchtime.
We feel lucky to have had our twins spend two years with Teacher Emily at Little Sprouts. She works with each child individually on letter recognition, sounds and beginning math. Academics coupled with a small, close knit group of kids and supportive parents, and two standout teachers is the perfect recipe for a child's first exposure to a structured school setting where they still learn through hours of play.
She even finds time for meditation with the kids! Thank you for sharing your gift and love with our family, Emily... we cannot recommend your program enough.

I can’t say enough great things about Little Sprouts and “Teacher Emily.” She provides a positive, nurturing environment for children to learn, explore, socialize, thrive and grow. All three of my kids went there and absolutely loved everything about it. She provides a safe space for them to be artistic, creative, learn fine motor skills and begin to develop a love for knowledge
and exploration.
If you have the opportunity to send your keiki there, I would highly recommend that you do!!

We couldn't be happier with Little Sprouts! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and nurturing environment. Teacher Emily and Anna are truly exceptional, demonstrating a genuine passion for early childhood education. Our five-year-old comes home every day bubbling with excitement, sharing stories about new discoveries and friendships.
We especially appreciate the open communication with Emily and the regular updates on our child's progress. Little Sprouts has provided our child with a fantastic foundation for kindergarten and beyond. We highly recommend it to any parent seeking a loving and enriching preschool experience.

Little Sprouts is nothing short of a nurturing oasis for young minds, providing an atmosphere of warmth and creativity. The dedicated teachers were passionate and attentive, fostering an environment where my daughter was able to thrive.
My daughter began the year painfully shy and extremely unsure of anyone other than myself, her mom. I was so nervous to embark down this path but Emily reassured me and supported me through one of the most difficult transitions of my daughter and my life thus far. I am so incredibly grateful for her. My daughter adjusted with Emily’s support and was able to develop her social skills by interacting with peers in this supportive setting, learning the importance of cooperation
and empathy.
Little Sprouts’ emphasis on emotional intelligence helped her express her feelings and build confidence. I watched her blossom into a curious and compassionate little girl, eager to share her discoveries with us at home. Little Sprouts has set my daughter up for a smooth transition into Kindergarten with a solid set of skills and more academic knowledge than I
was expecting.
I am eternally grateful for the two years we were fortunate to spend at this preschool. They are memories I know both my daughter and I will cherish for a lifetime. Emily and her support staff far exceeded our expectations.

Engaging, nurturing, patient, creative, and FUN are all words I would use to describe Emily and her amazing preschool! Her passion for young children shines so clearly through her positive attitude and commitment to the children entrusted to her care.
The environment Emily has created fosters a love of learning while maintaining a playfulness and joyfulness perfect for preschoolers. Our daughter adored her time with Emily and even after graduating, when we drive by she says, “I miss
Teacher Emily!”
We feel so blessed that our child was able to be part of her wonderful school.

Her ability to connect with her students makes each and every one of them feel special and loved. I’m so grateful that our daughter’s first school experience was in such a loving environment filled with Art and Sensory development and Care. Our daughter loves school thanks to Emily — we are truly grateful!
